I love this product ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This stuff is MAGIC! *by S***. on July 31, 2026* I have tried so many products and hacks to rid old quilts of truly awful smells after years in storage. NONE worked. Until now! This gel took care of them in one go! These are large quilts, and commercial machines barely handle them, so I used an extra large tote, opened the quilt completely and submerged it in cold water from my hose. I then added the max amount of gel per instructions (1 cap) and a very small amount of t of eco laundry soap and pressed a few minutes to reduce air bubbles and saturate the quilt. I placed the lid onto the tote, locked it down and left outside overnight for a total of 12 hours. After draining the tote, I squeezed out as much as possible, rinsed again with the hose and squeezed out the extra. I then placed 2 drying racks together and placed quilt back side up in the sun until dry which only took about 3 hours.
