Combined with MSG and peanut oil and a tiny bit of sesemee oil, small amount of very finely chopped garlic and challots and some soy sauce and this is now very tasty egg fried rice. I used instant pot to cook my rice with 50% rice, 50% water, cook high pressure for 3 mins then natural release for 10 mins (having washed the rice thoroughly) and then let it cool for 3 hours before cooking the fired rice with it. This makes absolutely fantastic egg fried rice and I had to share it with you.
