NOTE: I thought it was defective until I re-read the installation instructions which specify that you need to (slowly) pump the dispenser 30+ times before soap will come out. Makes sense as the tube that goes from your soap bottle up to the sink is several feet long. So before you give up, pump more than you think you'd need to. After it was primed correctly, we've had no issues.

Buy with confidence. This company has incredible customer service. I wrote to them because I had accidentally cut the tubing too short to reach the bottom of my soap and they quickly provided a replacement. Friendly, nice. The dispenser works great, too. Be careful not to cut the tubing too short like I did, but otherwise straight forward installation.
