Review: Works Great! - From the blurb it was hard to tell this is ONE conductor. This has worked great for me, both in my oven and smoker. It easily handles 600F. The wire comes folded such that if you just pull either end it would get snarled. Just carefully unfold the wire before pulling the ends and it then easily uncoils.
