I took these with me on vacation to avoid eating out too much and to eat healthier. So I meal-prepped and used these. It kept everything fresh. I was able to fit 10 whole hard boiled eggs in ONE container, so yes, they are pretty big! Super handy even for storage of leftovers! I found that they are at times difficult to open. This is both good and bad. Good, because they won't randomly pop open in transport. BAD, because I already cracked one of the lids attempting to pry it open which is why they are getting the 4 star! I wish the design had a wee bit longer tabs ! I was so impressed I ordered another two packs of 10. On receipt, I set out to do some cooking of servings for 4 to 6. Prepared dinners of Kung Pao Chicken over rice, Sweet & Sour Chicken over rice, Beef Enchiladas with refried beans and Mexican rice, a thick spaghetti sauce with meatballs over spaghetti noodles, and lasagna. Placed the dinners in these containers and put them in the freezer. Now we make a light dinner salad and each take out one of these dinners from the freezer, open the lid for venting and microwave the dinner for 3 to 4 minutes on high. It makes a convenient evening meal with variety for everyone.
