Will they prevail? Arkham Horror (Third Edition) is a cooperative board game for one to six players who take on the roles of investigators trying to rid the world of eldritch beings known as Ancient Ones. Based on the works of H.P. Lovecraft, players will have to gather clues, defeat terrifying monsters, and find tools and allies if they are to stand any chance of defeating the creatures that dwell just beyond the veil of our reality. The game is split into a series of rounds made up of four phases. The Action Phase The Monster Phase The Encounter Phase The Mythos Phase The Action Phase sees your investigators fighting back against the dark power of the mythos. Puede ser un poco denso y "lento", pero una vez que aprendes las reglas y orden durante las rondas el juego será más fluido. La calidad de las tarjetas, fichas y lozas de escenario es muy buena, mis quejas principales son: Los dados son super austeros y pequeños. Estoy casi seguro que las bases de plástico con el tiempo dañarán las fichas de los personajes por estarlas removiendo y colocando constantemente, son solo 6 bases y 12 fichas de personaje por lo que es un hecho que en algún punto será un problema. Soy nuevo en los juegos de mesa más complejos y "serios", pero estoy disfrutando mucho aprendiendo a jugar y volviendome más bueno en ello.
