Was 1lb 4 oz at birth! I was in the mood to get the best of the best for her...not disappointed! Fabulous product! So soft... I mean on a scale from one to ten. It's a ten! Not stiff like others. Doesnt make noise when baby moves. Doesnt come shipped in plastic so it smells nice right out of the cute little bag it comes in, which by the way, is cute enough to reuse for other purposes. Will buy more for any other grandchildren that come my way. Would make a great shower gift too! It's not something that child will outgrow before they have a chance to use it...like clothes.
