Whilst the tap itself is amazing and goes great in our kitchen, I removed a star because the piping is slack and doesn't always go all the way back up.Also the filtered water spurts more outwards than downwards, but we are OK with it as we have a large double sink.

The quality an design are very good. The water flow rate is slow so filling a kettle or sink takes twice as long but it’s nice to not get splashed and saves water.I particularly like using the sprinkler mode when rinsing or washing.It took me many hours of searching online on eBay as no shops had the correct 1/2G straight parallel threaded connector BSPP. Most 1/2” connectors are taper thread BSPTOnce I had the correct connections installation was quite simple.The counter balance for the pull out head does require there to be few obstacles of pipe work or containers under the sink. Unfortunately under my sink it is very cluttered with water meter and dishwasher connections sink drain etc. But I was able to have an effective 10cm of movement which is enough to pull the head out and direct around the sink. The use of some bungee cord could be used to help the return of the hose.

Good quality product.Came with the instructions for a different tap but easy to install. Blow through the pipes to work out which one is which and attached the weight to the bottom of the extended hose.. so it helps draw the hose back in when not required.Also packed very well, would definitely recommend.

I was sceptical about the quality due to the low price (3-5x cheaper than many similar taps) but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived to find that it was of good quality construction. The only disappointments were the chromed-plastic nozzle (would have been nice to be metal) and also the rubber O-ring that was supposed to keep the nozzle in place was too loose to grip effectively. I purchased a 20mm OD/16mm ID/2mm Width rubber O-ring (£5/pk of 50)to replace the fitted one and that solved the issue.

Kitchen tap is reasonable priced, but I guess you get what you pay for. The neck of the tap is very wobblily, it wouldn't last very long in our house hold. You need a clear space for the weight to come down and go up, at ours the weight got regularly stuck on the pipework underneath the sink. Also we lost water pressure with this tap, it was not as powerful as the previous tap.I had to return the tap because of these reasons.

Hot and cold water labelled wrong .

The media could not be loaded.  At first I wasn't keen, I thought it felt cheap and flimsy.But after installation and everything was done up and tightened it is actually a very good product, but I think the dimensions of the water inlet hoses could be slightly restrictive

Tap came and was extremely poor quality but I suppose you pay cheap, you get cheap.The head of the tap was loose and didn’t go back into place. The hot/cold tap was already rusted and turning blue. The filter tap wasn’t for for purpose.We didn’t Evan get chance to use this. I wouldn’t recommend buying this just pay the extra and get a better quality one
