## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can I put this around a tree with a strong rope? Or better with screws?**
A: I think you are meant to screw it to a tree/fence or post, using the holes up the top.

**Q: The squirrels have knocked the perspex tube out of the feeder (admittedly it's on the ground as a ttial run currently). Any way to secure it?**
A: The ones I have (I have 4) all came with two small screws that go through the plastic and into the metal base.  I have had them for several years. The plastic does crack and/or break after a time at which point the perspex tubes do fall off sometimes. Also, the squirrels nibble the edges making it quite sharp.  I have tried many times to source replacement tubes but they are not to be had anywhere.

**Q: Where do the 2 small screws included in the pack go please?**
A: They hold the feeder on… Top of the feeder has 2 holes…

**Q: How does the squirrel get the food out of the feeder**
A: Squirrels work out how to access the food very quickly! The squirrel either sits or stands on the platform and simply lifts up the lid.  It's one of the best gadgets I have purchased to prevent squirrels eating the bird food.  I started off with only one squirrel but he told his friends about the feeder and now I have 5 squirrels
