I've already ordered a replacement from a different maker - definitely not what I was expecting or should have to do. I love the look,form, feel and fit of the case and have been really happy with it but after a few mild drops (none of them on a really hard or rough surface) it is damaged beyond comfort to say nothing of function. The first thing to go was the very narrow part by the volume keys and then 3 out of 4 corners got cracked and one corner shed a little more plastic and catching on my pants broke even more of it off. I am really surprised that it got this damaged this soon after so little challenge. I've never had this experience with other phones and cases. I have to say though that it did the job of protecting the phone which shows absolutely no marks of any kind so kudos there. Durability is the question mark for this product, which has some great qualities. Too bad all of those other qualities end up in the landfill. ### ⭐⭐ Nice aesthetics; very poor durability *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2016* The fit, feel and overall design are good. For example, I like that there are full cut-outs for the volume buttons on the side, and the soft matte finish is nice. But durability is a serious problem. I've had the case for 6 weeks, have never dropped it, and yet three of four corners are cracking off.One corner snagged on a loose thread as I was taking the phone out of a backpack, and a small piece of the corner popped right off. I guess the loose thread won that battle.I don't know why the other two corners are cracking off, but given my experience above, I suspect they may be snagging very slightly when I remove the phone from my pocket and the corners of the case just don't have the durability to withstand such low-level pressure. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice looking phone case for my Samsung S6 *by M***N on Reviewed in the United States on October 31, 2015* My phone is protected and looks great too. This phone case is a nice gold color and it won't fade or chip because the plastic it is made from is the color, it is not just painted, the gold is the color of the plastic its made from. The back of the case is made with little mesh holes on the back so you can see the back of the phone. All the holes for the camera, flash, speaker, charging port, the on and off button and volume buttons are all accessible.
