## Questions & Answers

**Q: Pretty frustrating the description does not include dimensions?  can anyone provide w x l x h please?**
A: The dimensions provided by the manufacturer are separate. The actual height of the sides is indeed 31", but once the top shelf bins are installed, the assembled height is about 36.5". Big difference when height is critical!

**Q: is there formaldehyde in the product? Does it have a California Prop 65 label?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry.  Our products all all tested to the highest standards for children's products in the US and state of California.  They do no contain Formaldehyde or have a Prop 65 warning label.

**Q: Are the support bars steel bars or some other kind of metal?**
A: Thank you for your inquiry.  The metal bars are made of steel.

**Q: The kids keep pulling the bins out. Could I possibly drill or melt small holes and zip tie them in place?**
A: Yes!  That is exactly what I did. Imagine how it sits on the front bars. I drilled one hole just above that bar and then one just under it. I threaded the zip tie from the inside but but the big part to where it closed up under that bar so it isn’t visible. You’d never know they’re there unless you are looking for them. Worked PERFECTLY!

Really pleased with this, it is so simple to put together and sturdy too. Not the top quality you might find with more expensive items, but for the price it is more than good enough. Opted for the pastel colours and they are nice and bright and cheerful. For the amount of storage it provides, it is nice and compact as well. Definitely recommended.
