Comes with everything you need from grips, to different weight bands, ankle straps, and door attachment. Only 4 stars since instructions, (in attached pic), do not mention which side of the door to put the door attachment, which may lead you to believe it is safe for either side. Which is exactly what I did and I paid the price with a big welt and cut on my forehead, (attached pics), and nearly lost an eye for putting the door attachment on the wrong side. If you put the round attachment on the side of the door that has the hinges you are good. This will mean when you are pulling the bands you are pulling the door in the closed direction as if you are closing the door, but with door already shut you are stabilized. If you do the opposite way like I did on first attempt, then you run risk of door flying open and attachment shooting directly at your face like a high powered slingshot. That sucked, but lesson learned. I hope I can prevent anyone else from going through that same awful experience. These cords a little thicker and I'm hoping will last a little longer. I really like the door hook that can be placed over the door for shoulder exercises. It's strong and soft and doesn't make marks on the door.
