Ordered the product and it failed after a short time.  I put up a review on amazon and they contacted me within minutes.  They set up to ship me a replacement and I had it in a couple of days.  Changed it out and it works good.  All products have a failure rate to them, but it is the service that separates the companies.  The people here did a great job!  Thank you!

I ordered this replacement part and recorded it quickly.  It was installed but didn’t seem to be working correctly.  When I sent a question  to the seller about my concern, he immediately said the unit should do what it was doing and said he would send out another unit immediately.  He did.  It was installed and works great!  Best customer service I’ve had.
