The power supply doesn't complain at all and I love the improvement in responsiveness.Keep in mind, I upgraded from a Core2Duo 2.13GHz proc to this Core2Quad 2.4GHz, so the improvement in responsiveness is really coming from the slight increase in GHz, not the extra two cores. It's now powering the computer in which I'm writing this review on, and it works just fine. The only problem I had with this processor was figuring out how much thermal compound to put on top for the heat sink, make sure you do your research on how to do that and if your motherboard is in fact compatible with this CPU. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best processor for LGA 775! *by P***N on November 27, 2015* Upgraded my old Dell XPS 410 to this from a Core 2 Duo E6300, and the difference is like night and day. I can finally play stuff like TF2 without slowdown, and having four significantly faster cores vs. two makes compiling software go MUCH quicker. I'm actually going to miss this processor once I build my new computer for Christmas, it's served me very well. Might even keep it as a backup in case the built computer fails or something.
