It is gorgeous. We spent a good amount of time trying to figure out how the propane tank hid inside the unit. It almost fits if it goes sideways--but it doesn't fit because it's an EXTERNAL TANK. We called Amazon & they said the return process could take up to 4 weeks. But it took ONE DAY! I was so impressed! Aria from Century Modern Outdoor Fireplace called early in the morning the very next day. We immediately reached an agreement that I am very happy with. Aria also said that they are fixing the description so it is more clear that this is an external tank. UTTERLY AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. Our solution was to include the external matching cover that also acts as a small table. You can find it here on Amazon, and it's as gorgeous as the fire pit itself (or so it seems by the photo. We have yet to receive it.) I LOVE this fire pit, and I have complete confidence in this company. If you like the look, buy it! And buy the side table/cover, too. You can't go wrong. Mine came with black glass as a volcanic rock. I don’t know if it is standard or it was because I requested it during the purchase process. If we start it with a lighter and hold the knob in the entire time, we can get a flame and it will stay, but who wants to hold the knob on their knees to have a fire, not me. Talked with customer service, they said they would call me and tell me how to use the knob, but they never did. I’ve used many of these before and I know it’s non-functional, I know how to use a propane knob. Anyways, this would be a great product, if it worked. Looks nice.
