I'm writing a review having seen many negative comments about how the chopping board becomes scratched after even one use - yes it does! - it is the nature of chopping boards to become scored and scratched as it is softer than your knives. We have used the WMF board daily for nine months now and are very happy with it. it's very heavy and solid and the rubber feet keep it steady on the worktop. I use food grade mineral oil to keep it in good condition and would recommend that everyone should do so too! delighted with it :)
