I'm sure I had a smile ear to ear when riding this 27 miles on my test run. CSC has helped me out in every way. I have contacted them more time then I would like to count and they have always been fast too reply.I also got 2 heavy torque arms (Not Included) so my motor wouldn't break off the bike. Torque plates would be better but the market lacks any I could find.If you want to add lights to the controller make sure you find out how many watts it can handle. If you go over its max it will burn that part of the system. You can also find out more details about this in the manual. I didn't read that part of the manual and fried the 2 watt connection with my 20 watt light. Really 2 watt doesn't have the power to be safe at the speeds that a e-bike can reach. To fix this I connected the light to the battery with a switch.So far I have had it built for 1 day or so and will try to post updates on how the engine, controller, and display hold up over time and adjust my rating to what I feel is fair. At this point it is 5 stars.Update Week 1: Over 100 miles and all is working great.Update Week 2: Over 200 miles and now have a problem with the display screen. They sell it as a MTB kit; however after a 14 mile ride I looked down to check the battery level and the KT-LCD8 screen was not showing the battery level anymore. It looks as if the screen is cracked in that spot. I think the vibrations of the path I was on did it in (Cement Sidewalk path with a bit of off road with minor jumps). Maybe I got a lemon screen.1/2 Year Update: Spoke on motor tire come lose easy just as other customer reported. I have to adjust them after 100 miles or short off road trip. Maybe silicon may help not sure will test at some point. Also replaced the the tires to handle off road better.
