The Tiger Who Came to Tea is the much-loved story of Sophie and her mummy’s unexpected visitor – a mysterious tiger who turns up and invites himself in for tea. They can only watch in fascination as the tiger eats not only their tea, but everything else in the house! An exquisite adaptation of the classic story by Judith Kerr and published by HarperCollins Children’s Books, from the talented team behind We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and The Snowman and The Snowdog, produced by Lupus Films. With an all-star cast lending their voices to the beloved characters, including David Oyelowo, Tamsin Grieg, Benedict Cumberbatch, David Walliams and Paul Whitehouse, and a brand-new song performed by Robbie Williams! Review: A great adaptation of the book - The story is already a classic however this video brings it to life in a new way. It is a wonderful adaptation that my son, my wife and I enjoy watching together. The animation is in keeping with the style of artwork found in the original book and is put together in a similar way to The Snowman adaptation. The music throughout is also on point - my son loves the Robbie Williams song in particular. A must watch for any fans of the story! Review: Brilliant little movie - This is for a Christmas present and I don’t need to watch it to give a positive review I’ve seen it so many times I think I could recite it word for word. It’s a replacement for my granddaughter who has watched it so many times it’s got a bit scratched. It came on TV a few years ago while we was at a Christmas family gathering. The whole household excitedly gathered round to watch it and decided it was a movie no family should be without. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Customer Reviews | 4.8 out of 5 stars 563 Reviews | | Format | PAL | | Genre | children_&_family | | Language | English | | Manufacturer | Universal Pictures UK | | Number Of Discs | 1 | ## Product Details - **Genre:** children_&_family - **Format:** PAL - **Language:** English - **Manufacturer:** Universal Pictures UK ## Images ![The Tiger Who Came to Tea [DVD] [2019] - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71qlYs6MPRL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A great adaptation of the book *by C***T on February 8, 2020* The story is already a classic however this video brings it to life in a new way.
