## Description

GENTEC's GKNT20-TC Nitrogen Tire Inflation Kit allow for easy and cost effective filling of automobile and truck tires with pure nitrogen. The kit is portable, easy to operate, and conforms to the specifications and requirements of UL, DOT, and OSHA. Compressed Nitrogen Gas, a dry inert gas, allows tires to last longer, perform better, and function with a greater degree of reliability than tires inflated with standard compressed air. Its large-sized molecule helps with tire pressure retention, leads to more uniform tire wear, and allows for better gas mileage. Also, it has a low thermal expansion coefficient that minimizes heat damage from pressure changes. GKNT20-TC include a 12" hose whip end, high pressure nitrogen regulator, dial pressure gauge with reset purge valve, and a 12 ft. coiled hose. The kits are also available with 20 cu. ft nitrogen cylinders in a steel carrying stand.

**Q: does the cylinder come already filled with nitrogen?**
A: No.  The cylinder  is empty.

**Q: How many car tires will a 20 lb. tank fill?**
A: It depends on the tire pressure and the size of the tire. For example, if the tire pressure is charge to 30PSI and you set the outlet pressure of the regulator at 40PSI, the kit can approximately release 900 Cu.ft. nitrogen to the tire up to 30PSI.  You can divide the 900 cu.ft. by the volume of the tire. That will be the number of the tire you can fill.

**Q: What is the purity of the Nitrogen?**
A: The Kit comes with a brand new empty Nitrogen cylinder. When you fill the cylinder with Nitrogen at gas company, usually your cylinder will be filled with general purpose Nitrogen gas. The purity is usually 99.95%.

**Q: can i fill my king shocks to 150-200psi with this inflator kit?**
A: You can fill the shocks up to 175PSI because the maximum delivery pressure of the gas regulator is 175PSI. If you need higher than 175PSI, we have a aircraft tire inflation kit GKNAT20-TC which can deliver pressure higher than 200PSI. Also the working pressure (600PSI) of the hose in the kit is much higher than the coil hose (240PSI) in GKNT20-TC. Please contact our customer service dept.
