I had a new(ish) architectural shingle roof that was about 8 years old and was starting to get a lot of moss on the north side. It looked really bad and wasn't helping the roof. I had called a few places to come and clean my roof and they were all quiting me around $1200 to 1400 to clean it. The roof pitch is steeper so I didn't want to do it myself.I figured I'd try this stuff for around 20 bucks. Seemed like a cheaper option. I took my ladder out, connected the hose to the bottle and sprayed. Less than 30 minutes and I was done. Over the next few weeks to a month I noticed the moss dying. About 6 to 9 months I noticed it was all dead but on my roof. Another few months and some spring New England rains and it washed it off.It's now about two years later and the roof is still clean and no moss. The roof looks new again so I'm very happy. Buying some more for the roof on my addition that is now looking bad but wasn't two years ago so I didn't spray it.
