The drone will still be responsive but will carry a vast amount more momentum then with the stock one. (Almost crashed few times getting used to it.) It also takes quite a bit a wiggling to get the shell just fit on top.(the battery is very tall) However the pros far outweigh the cons in my opinion , minimal weight added, uses original charger, lots of juice in battery.
