For a used server this came in awesome condition. The customer service was amazing, they offered free upgrades due to them not having the parts I requested! So far the server has been great, easy to setup and use right off of the bat! I would 100% recommend getting this server from this company and I will be ordering from them again if I need another ### ⭐⭐ Broken, but fixable *by J***S on September 22, 2025* Took over a month to deliver, came broken and unfunctional, luckily wasn't too hard to fix. Issues included a bend and snapped side button mount (Power button was snapped off). The plug still worked and it did power on. Half of the drives did not work, later debugger to be the backplane had missing connectors. All Hardrives where functional and advertised storage and came with 2 1GbE and 2 10GbE ports when it said 4 1GbE so for that it gets 2 stars. ### ⭐ Scam, incorrect specs *by C***S on August 1, 2025* Do NOT buy. Do not trust Amazon renewed. Shipped a RAM stripped and iDRAC cached server. Missing ram is one thing, but they went out of their way to cover up/conceal the removal. Dell iDRAC showed 192GB of RAM, but would never train. After opening it up and removing the shroud, it made sense. All of the RAM had been removed, not a single stick left.
