Review: It works! This brand - I love this tool. It works!!! 5-stars Don’t confuse it with a knock-off as I recently did purchase replacement thread and it wasn’t original which didn’t work. You do have to get a feel for it and learn but I love how long it last. I have “trouble” with my chin and upper lip hair and I can go for a week plus without redoing.
Review: Refilling thread and it keeps breaking!!! - I literally never write reviews but I am extremely frustrated because this could actually be a really good product in theory. However of course it was too good to be true. The first two times I used it things were great and I thought I solved my problem of going to the threading lady for my upper lip. Then I started to worry about how to get the refills bc they’re made so specifically with those two little pieces at the end. Then this morning, when I truly needed to thread before a big day at work, I tried to refill the thread and every single one of them broke off while I was trying to get it onto the last little groove at the end. WHY is the thread made so tight?!?! I just wasted all of my refills trying to get one piece of thread onto the tool. And once the little ball breaks off, the thread is completely useless. I know the thread needs to be tight, but it literally needs to be made a millimeter or less longer in order to actually put on a refill. Now the tool, which is a good tool, is useless without the specific thread that I need for it because I just used them all up trying to re-thread. So frustrating!

## Questions & Answers

**Q: where can i buy the refill. What it is called? How do i search for it?**
A: I don't see anything when I search for B00GW2OGHI or Slique Cassette. Where do I buy the refill? If there is no refill then I might as well return this whole thing.

**Q: why can I not find the refills? I love this product!**
A: based on customer feedback, we re-launched an old refill product. 3 cassettes of 5 Threads each.
It can be found at https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B005OIFKFI
This uses much stronger threads that last longer.

**Q: Why does it state "eyebrow" in title listing? when in the actual manual it clearly states do not use on eyebrows.**
A: You can safely user it on the upper-side of the eyebrow as well as the sides of the eyebrow where most threading is done. On the underside it requires a more trained hand due to the thinness of the skin.

**Q: Is this device has a warranty?? If yes, then how many?**
A: Lifetime Warranty from the authorized seller Slique Up

### ⭐ Refilling thread and it keeps breaking!!!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as promised with practice

This product works as described, but it does take time to learn how to use it most effectively. I'm giving it 4 stars because the threads do break pretty easily when you're learning and you only get 10. (The one that comes preloaded is supposed to be removed. It works but I think it's mainly there to demonstrate how to set it up.) Another downside is that finding replacement threads at a reasonable price is difficult. It seems to be seasonal; they may or may not be available. The replacement is sold as "one" cassette with 10 threads. So you will just be getting that one cassette like what comes in the original box for about $15 plus shipping. Previously l was able to get free shipping, but today it is cheaper to just buy another kit. (I'll have a backup) It is also helpful to watch a YouTube video to learn how to use. Good luck!
