Will use regularly. I will say that the belt does stretch well, but it fits my size 16/18 waist more comfy and lose w/ some room, then say my hubbies 46" inch waist. However it does fit him, just stretched and snug. I find the buckle a little tight to work but maybe its just me.The bands for wrist or ankle are fine too, there is a fairly wide area there tho' where velcro attaches that leaves no reflective. They are wide and I do notice them if I put them on my ankles due to the width of them, I feel them when I move...when sweating would not be very comfortable if bare skin.
