They give good wrist support. The only thing I might complain about (and only a little) is the foam supports in the wristbands are rounded on the bottom, so it takes a little getting used to the feeling that your wrist is balanced on a rocker and wants to tip over to one side or the other. And I can use the computer a lot during the week. So my wrists were starting to hurt. I tried using a wrist rest but it didn't help very much. I used these wrist supports for the entire weekend (4 days) and by the end of the four days, my wrists were pain free and didn't hurt at all. Since the supports are on your wrists, they are always there ready to support your wrists no matter where you are on the keyboard or mouse. I use a Steelseries keyboard and a Redragon mouse.The supports do not connect by velcro around your wrists. They slip over your hand and around your wrist, so make sure you measure your wrists before you order, so they aren't too tight or loose for you. The only negative comment I have is the large manufacturer decal/label on the top of them. It's white in color, so on my black supports it stands out a bit.
