I have had others with my first 2 kids that were so uncomfortable! HOWEVER, this glider is GREAT for this y’all Mom! The seat is higher off the ground than most gliders making it easy to get up with a sleeping baby in my arms. It has a high back that supports me while I’m rocking and a slightly wider seat that allows for more comfort as well. It glides smoothly and was super easy to put together (I did it by myself in about 30 minutes at 37 weeks pregnant). The pink pattern goes perfectly in my daughter’s nursery and it is easy to remove the cushions if they need to be cleaned but they stay put when you have them in place. My husband is smaller than me (5’9” athletic build) and he too finds this rocker to be more comfortable than the ones we have had in the past! Great value and would recommend it to anyone (especially if you are a little bigger)! In addition to endless noise that we failed to end with some tightening and WD-40, the bottom of the chair "pops" when you continue to rock.
