Dipoxy-2K-700PRO is a premium, crystal-clear epoxy resin designed for thick film applications up to 10cm. ## Description

Dipoxy-2K-700PRO is a crystal-clear, low-viscosity epoxy resin and manufactured and distributed exclusively in "premium quality". Dipoxy is ideal for almost any application. For example: in the jewellery sector, table manufacturing, so-called "river table", for floors, ponds, aquariums and terrariums construction, as well as for boat, ship and aircraft construction. Moulded parts can also be cast in silicone moulds or carbon, aramid and fibreglass connections are possible. Also ideal for model making. The best results are achieved with our effect pearl colour pigments developed for epoxy resins. Dipoxy-2K-700PRO has been specially developed for thick film applications up to 10 cm. For example, "River Table" can be easily made in one cast. The curing time is much longer than with our Dipoxy-2K-700, because we had to greatly reduce the chemothermic reaction to achieve this layer thickness. How high you can actually water always depends on the ambient temperature and how wide and long is watered! For example, 4.5 cm high, 4 cm - 18 cm wide and 200 cm long at a temperature of 14 °C has become very beautiful as a try (see image)

**Q: yellowing and uv stable? Also how long is the drying time roughly I know it will depend on the thickness? How do you recommend to apply on canvas?**
A: Yellowing is possible if the components are improperly mixed or the product is placed in a place where there is direct sunlight. Follow the instructions provided (on the bottles). Before applying epoxy to the canvas, we recommend degreasing the canvas and letting it dry. The full hardening time for DIPOXY-2K-700 is 8-12 hours, DIPOXY-2K-700 PRO is from 3 to 7 days.

**Q: Can I do a single pour into a 6cm deep mold? If so will it get hot i.e. will it deform a submerged plastic Revell model?**
A: When this type of epoxy is poured 6 cm in one layer, the epoxy will not heat up enough to melt the plastic.

A: The drying hardening period of this type of resin is from 3 to 7 days. Depending on the fill area and temperature.

**Q: Does this have a strong odor?**
A: It has an odour certainly wear protective mask and very good ventilation. I have had doors and window open.  Obviously you need to control dust etc I have an extractor fan next to where I work. Be aware it can get hot. Tip use a flat bowl the bigger the better as dispels the heat.
