Review: A Great Functional Light. Doesn't take any room up. - I bought this lamp as I wanted something that didn't take up much room on my desk. This is perfect for that. The spring loaded arm moves as you want it to, it doesn't sag and stays in position with the locking nut, the lamp will swivel also. The magnify glass is okay not the best but depends what you want it for. I don't do detailed work so it is ok for me. I can use it to thread a needle so good enough for me. The lamp is very sturdy and all moving parts are firm. It doesn't weigh much and is quit happy sitting on edge of desk with no damage to the desk. The Light has ten yes TEN adjustments on the brightness from bright to hardly on in my opinion this is perfect light settings. It also has THREE different light moods tones. I always use the daylight setting but only on half brightness as I use it to the side of my computer. I think this light is very functional and I am really happy with it. I have had this light a year now and had no problems what so ever the light does not flicker or alter in anyway. It is a really good buy and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this light. (In The Picture the Light is SET To Middle Brightness.) Hope this helps.

**Q: This is the 2nd lamp bought and both don't work! Silly question but am i not switching it on properly?**
A: Hi, i found it pretty straightforward with nothing especially odd. I just plugged in the USB and it came on as soon as I hit the power button. If it isn't giving any light at all it may be defective. :(

A: decent quality lens and build - very bright lights  - treat it well and dont yank it around and it will last well.
