But siding and roof net areas are called out because various materials would be used in many builds of the plan. Flashings, attachments, sealants, finishes, electrical and interior finish materials not listed. It is a stock plan and the list is for using as basis and fill out for your project. **Q: What size doors are used** A: Garage doors are 9' w. x 7' h. Jay **Q: I'd like to build this garage with the same slope, height and attic, but can only go 22' wide. Can I simply use this design but designate width 22'?** A: You could ask your local inspector if they would allow reducing the width to 22' and they may allow.
