Nice table that needs a assembly. the wrong instructions sent, no help from the company that supplies the item. Good thing it is not too hard to figure out on your own. A bit pricey for what you get.

    Poor Quality Control, but good Customer Service

I order this table because it was one of the few cedar coffee tables I could find.  As soon as I opened the box, I could see that when they screwed the cross beams under the top planks, they split the wood so bad I knew it would not last.  I stopped there and called the manufacturer.  The very friendly customer service rep asked me to email a pic.  I did with-in 5min.  I didn't hear back for a day, called back, and asked for her by name.  She looked, found my email, put me on hold for 5in or so, and came back with a approval for a new top.  I got it with-in a week.All in all I am happy enough with it.  Not pleased that their QC could let something like this be packaged in the first place.  And not happy I had to wait so long to get my final working product.  But it turn out nice enough.  I have "Kilmer Creek" swing and chairs, their wood is much more beautiful with the exact same stain I used on this table.
