They are perfect for the wooden floor but not on the Eva foam mats as the glide isn't as efficient. I'm looking forward to continuing to use them though. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Really useful addition to my workout *by E***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 April 2024* I purchased these to help with my Pilates practice at home. Good quality and work well both on carpet and then on hard surfaces using the foam side.Great extra with workouts via a qr code. You definitely need to wear trainers maintain grip as my Pilates socks just kept slipping. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/189555495-iron-core-fitness-2-x-dual-sided-gliding-discs-core](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/189555495-iron-core-fitness-2-x-dual-sided-gliding-discs-core) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-13*
