I had been initially put off these as they were expensive and had to be shipped from the states. I really wish I'd bought them ages ago. When they arrived it was hard to tell they were melamine, as they are a really heavy weight and felt cold to the touch like ceramic. The quality is excellent, the size great and the design is stunning. The more you look, the more detail you see.
