I initially bought this product to use in my garage exercise station. I must have looked at about 50 or more similar products before finding this one. My reasons for buying this particular product were: 1) the elastic bands are some of the shortest I could find. These bands are the perfect length for my needs, 2) The elastic bands are wrapped in cloth for safety in case the elastic bands snap, which I think is very important, 3) Price point was excellent, especially for what you are getting in the package. Upon receiving the product and configuring in my garage station, I was extremely pleased with the product quality and feel. I had to connect/disconnect the bands to different anchors within my station in order to perform different exercise motions, so in order to avoid having to do that I bought a second set of the product, which makes the workout flow perfect. Also, because of the shorter length of the bands, the effect of the resistance increase over the extension of the bands is perfect. Great workout. Couldn't be happier.
