We use this to put gas containers, our lawn mower, weed eater, gas chainsaw, to go to our properties to do the lawn maintenance. But we will use it to put the luggage when we go on vacation, nice product, that you can use for many different purposes. I was very surprised to have the anti-rattle clamp included. This locks the carrier to the receiver to prevent the rack from wobbling. I have used this so far to carry firewood and a generator with fuel on the back of my SUV. The folding feature is very nice as well keeps this out of the way when its not in use. The cover is more of a piece of fabric sewn into a 5 sided bag. It is not a zippered bag so it is Ok, but don't expect a whole lot of it. Only problem we had was it was too small on the trailer hitch so it wobbled. We made some plastic shims to insert into the hitch hole then duct taped them in place which worked.
