I needn't have bothered every item was there pieces that were paired in the hand book were strapped together it's very sturdy and business like the instructions are clear and easy to follow . I was very impressed and would definitely recommend this item to anyone wanting an all round training bench. Review: Decent enough for the purpose; challenge to assemble; bits missing - Bought for 16yo and it fits his needs. Not the easiest to assemble, mostly due to the lack of clear instructions though. Also a couple of the foam rolls were missing - i got in touch with them and they said they had no replacements and offered a Β£20 credit, but I didn't both - just went to B&Q and bought a bit of foam tubing for Β£5 and cut it to size - works fine. Instructions were so difficult to understand you were having to guess certain parts. Once assembled, my first work out i realised the benchpress is very narrow my fingers are getting nipped in the hooks when resetting the bar. The bicep curl attachments get in the way when benchpressing with the weights hitting them so your range is affected. The preacher Curl part doesn't work, rubbish range of motion.
