Great addition to my women's history month selections in my classroom library. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Another Great Book in an Excellent Series *by on Reviewed in the United States September 20, 2018* Julia Mosca writes in such honest (but rhyming and fun!) ways about women who worked hard, faced difficulties, and succeeded in science. The girl with a mind for math has a wonderful message for young boys and girls. I share the Amazing Scientists series widely and everyone is really impressed. Great for kids who are too little for a chapter book biography. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My daughter's favorite book! *by on Reviewed in the United States September 7, 2020* My younger daughter "earned" this book from the Tooth Fairy. My daughter loves math and intuitively "gets it." She liked this story about Raye Montague, which has allowed our conversations to segue from a known interest (math) into the topic of social justice and the history of racism and sexism in the United States. ## Frequently Bought Together - The Girl With a Mind For Math: The Story of Raye Montague (Amazing Scientists, 3) - The Boy Who Loved Math: The Improbable Life of Paul Erdos - I'm Trying to Love Math --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/186891939-the-girl-with-a-mind-for-math-the-story-raye](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/186891939-the-girl-with-a-mind-for-math-the-story-raye) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-19*
