Sold as is with notice of battery replacement needed for $125.00 locally. Bought one for Kindle replacement. Very satisfied with all including shipping and receiving through Amazon Prime.

I sent the iPad for repair. It was returned with an ICloud. Amazon directed me to reach out to seller. I did several times no call and no answer. Apple will not assist they are requesting the receipt from seller. I contacted seller no response.
