Well, this one isn't.I'm very pleased. I ordered it and a few hours later it shipped. I got it in 2 days!! Everything was there, and there are more then enough pebbles and all the pots are sturdier then I expected. It could have been packaged better, but since nothing was damaged I can't complain. (It was in a soft cardboard envelope with only a sheet of newspaper to protect it.) None of the rock wool was broken up/smashed. I'm really glad I took a chance on this product since I almost never buy anything that hasn't been reviewed yet. My experiment with growing plants for my aquarium was less of a success. I will still use these from time to time, they work well for holding my bamboo now. Bamboo is about the only plant that will tolerate wet roots all the time.
