(Ditto for my PS3 controllers.)My biggest complaint is how difficult it is to align the USB connector for the PS3 controllers. I have this charging unit in a cabinet under my TV, so it is at about knee height. When I try to connect the PS3 controllers to the charger without pulling it out of the cabinet, it is pretty close to impossible. The PS3 controller just wasn't designed to make it easy to connect to that USB port, and nothing on this charger unit helps to overcome that limitation.Connecting the XBox 360 controllers is a little easier. I can usually get them connected without pulling the unit out of the cabinet, however, it may take a few tries.The main features of this unit, like the LEDs that show how charged your controllers are, are not really important to me. I usually only get to play for an hour or two, and then the controller goes on the charger, sometimes for a month or more at a time. So when I put the controller on the charger, I know it will be charged the next time I need it.Overall, this is a decent charger for the money. Some of them stopped (can't remember which) and the light is blue even when the controllers are dead so no idea when they actually charge.
