## Questions & Answers

**Q: What's the difference between this and the regular OptiWand?**
A: The length of the tube is longer and the full cup end is slightly wider. Both function the same. Both offer money back if unable to use

**Q: What is the long part sticking up on one of the bases?**
A: The thin part sticking out is kind of a reminder that the full side is for regular lenses,  large fingers and long fingernails .  The opposite side eith a split is for small lenses or eyes .

**Q: Can it stand on the countertop ?**
A: Yes you can stand it up on a countertop.  If using sclera lenses you stand it up, place lens, add fluid then lower down to insert

**Q: can u use this for hard contacts?**
A: I don't really know; this device is mainly for soft contacts. You might be able to use it for getting hard lenses out of your eye--but, it's not particularly designed for hard lense removal from the eye. Frankly, its difficult to use on soft lenses, in my opinion.
