It was advertised as a basic mirror and it had options on adding on Demister, Bluetooth speaker, sensor switch etc. However, The option of selecting Demister was not there so I assumed that the Demister was included. The mirror came without demister and faulty touch switch, I emailed the company and they said they would change mirror but I would have to send the mirror back and then they would send me knew one, after negotiating they gave me 20% off because I did not want the hassle of sending the mirror back.
