Works well and well made. Very strong and sharp

It’s very easy to clean and I used to chopped whole chicken and duck.

The product I received looked nothing like the one on the Amazon website. Blade was a different shape, heavily pitted and the handle was very flimsy. I'd have had trouble selling it at a yard sale for $5 so definitely not worth the nearly $70 I paid. Returned mine for a refund and went with a different brand.
