No this isn’t the cheapest by far. But it isn’t overpriced and it slices through soft and hard cheeses so much easier than anything else I’ve ever used. Fatboy approved and would recommend.

a decent cheese slicer, works well with various cedars and other med to firm cheeses, Ok with soft cheeses like buffalo mozzarella, caso fresco.... Study build, I hope it survives my throwing it into a messy kitchen drawer.
