How do you secure it in wind?** A: The legs are very wide. I usually use nothing to secure but if its a really windy day, i use big sand bags so secure. I use it for my veo camera for almost a year. I hope this helps. **Q: Is there a way to swivel it to follow the ball at a soccer game?** A: I bought mine specifically to film soccer games. The trypod stand is excelent quality yet no made for smooth swivel. What I did is I bought a Zifon YT-3000 remote control panoramic electric pan tilt device that I attach to the top of the tripod. It works great. I control pan and tilt remotely and I use the video cameras wireless remote to control zoom. I installed a 25ft HDMI cable from the camera to a small video screen I attached to the tripod. I spent about $1,000 for everything. **Q: How much weight will tripod hold at full height? Will it hold a gimbal and camera?** A: Not sure exact weight. I mounted a video camera on it no problem. It is pretty sturdy and if the gimbal were not overly cumbersome - I don't see it would be an issue **Q: How tall is the dude in the photograph?** A: For sure he’s taller than me because I’m 5.1 ## Frequently Bought Together - Glide Gear TST 20 Sky High 20' Tall Video Camera Tripod Stand – Air-Cushioned Telescoping Sections, Supports Up to 8 lbs – Ideal for Overhead Shots in Film & Photo - Stabilization Kit Included - CAMVATE 1/4" Female to 3/8" Male Convert Adapter for Camera Tripod and QR Plate - 0895 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/183423405-tst-20-sky-high-20-tall-video-camera-tripod-stand](https://www.desertcart.com.ar/products/183423405-tst-20-sky-high-20-tall-video-camera-tripod-stand) --- *Product available on Desertcart Argentina* *Store origin: AR* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
