Good back coverage. I wear a 42DDD, and I ordered the 3x. It is a bit too small in the cups. I took the padding out, and that helped. I wear it around the house and to sleep in. I'd buy another one. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not a Good Fit for Busty Women with Small Frames *by A***R on May 7, 2018* Definitely a cute bra, but I have a very difficult body shape to fit. 32DDDD. Despite weight issues, my frame is tiny and my boobs are huge (thanks partly to nursing four children). This bra is put on like a shirt, so that was a bit of a squeeze trying to put my arms and head through such a tiny allowance. Once on, the band fit great; however, the girls flowed over every opening they could find. My husband thought it looked painful and I was tremendously disappointed. I really dislike having to pay for expensive bras and had high hopes for this. Oh well. I can't fault the bra because I'm sure it would look really nice on a smaller chested woman. This bra is so beautiful & so well made, that once I receive the correct size, I will want to wear this bra forever! When I did try it on, it was extremely soft & comfortable..,I could definitely tell it will support me perfectly in my correct size.
