But the real issues lies in the company packaging, the bottle which is used is very very flimsy & gets deformed easily... Which results in damaged package at the time of delivery. For eating the oats you need not soak it overnight. You just have to take a cup of oats and add adequate amount of hot water (not luke warm) or hot milk and stirr it well that the liquid is absorbed and it becomes thick 
Once it reaches a suitable temperature to consume you can enjoy you meal
