Per my trainer's suggestion, I use them three times a day to treat foot pain. It's not the most critical part of my overall program, but it's definitely helpful. The balls are as advertised in terms of color, size, and relative softness. They're soft enough that I can squash them under my feet but they still roll, even with significant pressure. The balls still look and feel the same as the day I bought them, so I think they're going to hold up for a long time. Also, I've used other OPTP products before and they've all been very durable and worked well, so that give me confidence that these will prove to be just as good. Review: Same size as MELT balls but different texture - This ball is wonderful for releasing the fascia at the bottoms of he feet and hands. It's similar to the MELT ball but it's texture is different. I find that in terms of performance, the texture doesn't matter. I use these small balls in my Pilates studio and I give one to each of my clients. They are inexpensive enough that I can just give them away and my clients absolutely love them. Along with fascia, are also muscles and tendons at the bottoms of your feet and hands and you can step on those to help release them. You will also want to mobilize your joints by pressing down into the ball into your various joints. There are loads of YouTube videos out there that will show you how to use the small ball on your feet and hands but look up melt for feet and melt for hands for best way to use this ball. ## Features - Massage Ball Set: Therapy balls for foot, arm and hand massage, self-massage and strengthening exercises across the body; ideally suited for feet, arms and hands. - Myofascial Release Ball Set: Use this massage therapy ball set as hand and foot massage tools to help relieve tension, rehydrate and mobilize connective tissue, and soften scar tissue. - Exercise Ball for Hands: Ideal size for exercises to help build grip and finger strength and improve dexterity after an injury; develop motor skills. - Air-Filled Mini Balls: Filled with air, these self-massage balls offer a unique compression and flexible, yet resilient vinyl construction. - Measurements: Mini Balls measure 1½” (40mm) diameter. It is designed to be stood on and "melt" under your weight while providing enough resistance to massage your facia. It has a firm but pliable consistency. Think of it as a tiny therapy ball. **Q: I have read comments that the balls are the same size, is it the smaller one or the bigger one (based on picture)?** A: I got the smaller ones but I think the bigger ones are available? **Q: What is the diameter of these balls, please? Thanks** A: Diameter is about 1.5 to 2.0 inches. **Q: Do you (or any other company for that matter) make a ball this size but firmer?** A: RAD sells a 3-ball set (green, blue, & black) with one 1.5" ball that is a lot firmer than this one. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OPTP Mini Balls *by C***R on March 8, 2024* I've been using these for about three months now and am pleased with them.
