I gave them just the 4 stars because they could be just a little more glowy. I work with a variety of glow-in-dark products and powders so I'm familiar with a broad range of phosphorescent items and effects. I imagine it would be helpful for fishermen/women to have the beads glow just a tad more effectively for their uses too.
