A: You get two rotating wheels and two straight ones. But, you can install them on the end of your preference. I installed them on the front end (the end without the handle) and it works fine for me.

**Q: Does this cart have a pneumatic wheel option?**
A: No it does not

**Q: What is the size and weight of the box it is shipped in?**
A: The cart needs to be assembled, it takes about 20 minutes to do so. So the art is shipped with the 2 surfaces, bottom and top, the 4 legs, the 4 casters and some hardware. The size of the box is the overall siez of the top piece, and I would say the weight was 20 pounds.

A: No, the wheels do not lock
