They have great step by step instructions on programming. Very easy to use. The App and Pairing along with setting up different Packs for talking while you ride is great. Sometimes it can have a split second delay in transmission, meaning when someone starts to talk you can miss the first syllable or word from them but overall it's been a pleasure to use. The JBL speakers are clear and powerful and battery life has been very good.
